Hello,

As I always do with new tech, I would like to take a taste of Gadgeteer. 
But to start I will probably need to buy some hardware.
So my question is where to look for it and what to look for ? 
I believe in the mean time there were some updates to hardware, what are your recmmendations ?

My apporach would be to have something basic which I can play with, try samples and keep the phantasies going. 
Then gradually upgrade or add new things and continue build on existing. It is more like freetime R&D than something commercial.


What I'm looking for probably is a


  • camera

  • a sensor or two ( or some other cool stuff )

  • some kind of wheels or moving mechanism to make the whole thing move

  • something like a board to glue all the above together
